SOFT GLAM MAKEUP

Soft Glam is perfect if you’re looking for a polished, elevated makeup look that enhances your natural features while still feeling like you.

Choose Soft Glam if you’re looking for:

  • A beautifully perfected complexion without an overly dramatic finish
  • Soft, defined eyes with intentional blending and dimension
  • Enhanced features through subtle contour, bronzing, blush, and highlight
  • A polished look that photographs beautifully while remaining wearable in person
  • A refined, feminine, and effortless glam aesthetic
  • Makeup that feels elevated without feeling heavily made up

Soft Glam may not be the best fit if: you’re looking for an intensely sculpted complexion, very dramatic eyes, bold creative elements, or a highly stylized makeup look. In that case, Full Glam or Editorial may be a better fit for you.

Still not sure? Send your inspiration photos when booking, and we can make sure you’re selecting the service that best aligns with the look you have in mind.

Session Duration

Your Soft Glam appointment is approximately 90 minutes, allowing time for a detailed makeup application, thoughtful customization, and final adjustments.

Soft Glam Includes

A complete, customized makeup application including complexion, eyes, brows, lips, and finishing touches for a refined, radiant, and beautifully enhanced look.

Lashes

Strip lashes are included with your Soft Glam service and will be selected to complement the overall look.

Your Look, Your Way

Your makeup look is customized to complement your features, personal style, outfit, and occasion. Soft Glam is designed to enhance rather than overpower, creating a look that feels polished, effortless, and uniquely yours.

Inspiration photos are always welcome and can help us establish the overall direction of your look.

Come Prepared

Please arrive with a clean face and minimal/no makeup whenever possible. Come prepared with any inspiration photos, outfit details, or specific preferences you'd like to discuss before we begin.

Final Touches

Time is built into your appointment for final adjustments, allowing us to refine the look and make sure you're happy with the finished result before you leave.

Arrive With Clean Skin

Please arrive with a clean face and minimal/no makeup whenever possible. Clean skin allows your makeup to sit beautifully and gives us the best starting point for your complexion.

Prep Your Skin

Come with your usual skincare completed and allow your products to fully absorb before your appointment. Avoid trying new skincare products or treatments immediately before your makeup appointment.

Bring Your Inspiration

Have any inspiration photos ready to share. These help communicate the overall feeling, finish, complexion, eye look, or level of definition you're drawn to.

Consider Your Complete Look

If your makeup is for a special occasion, feel free to bring or share details about your outfit, hairstyle, accessories, or overall aesthetic. These details can help us customize your makeup so everything feels cohesive.

Share Your Preferences

Let me know about any specific makeup preferences, product sensitivities, or features you'd like to emphasize or de-emphasize. Your comfort and preferences are an important part of creating your look.

Give Yourself Time

Please plan to arrive on time and allow yourself enough time after your appointment to get dressed, style your hair, or travel to your event. Your appointment time is dedicated to your makeup application, so arriving prepared allows us to make the most of it.

Plans change. If you need to move your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help find a new time.

Rescheduling your appointment: 24–48 hours' notice
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Your retainer can be transferred one time to a new appointment date, provided the rescheduling request is made within the required notice period.

How to Reschedule
To request a new appointment, please contact me directly at tanesha@theartistryarchive.com and i'll work with you to find the next available date that works for your schedule.

Retainers
Your $50 retainer is non-refundable and is applied toward your service total. When proper notice is provided, the retainer may be transferred to one new appointment date.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. A new retainer will be required to book another appointment.

If I Need to Reschedule
Occasionally, circumstances may require me to reschedule your appointment. If this happens, I'll contact you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new appointment date. If we're unable to find a suitable alternative, your retainer will be refunded/transferred/etc.

Appointment Duration
Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your Full Glam appointment. If you have somewhere to be immediately afterward, I recommend allowing additional travel time so you aren't rushed.

Booking & Payment: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. Your remaining balance is due in full on the day of your appointment.

Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle in before your appointment begins. Arriving early is appreciated, but your appointment time will remain the same.

Running Late
Because each appointment is scheduled with a specific amount of time, late arrivals may shorten your application time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling/late fee/etc.

A polished, elevated look that enhances your natural features while still feeling like you.

FULL GLAM MAKEUP

Full Glam is perfect if you want a more defined, polished, and statement-making makeup look with a strong emphasis on complexion, structure, and detail.

Choose Full Glam if you’re looking for:

  • A perfected, high-coverage or buildable complexion
  • More defined contour, bronzer, blush, and highlight
  • Sculpted and dimensional eyes
  • More dramatic lashes and eye definition
  • A polished, camera-ready finish
  • A glam look designed to make an impact both in person and in photographs

Full Glam may not be the best fit if: you prefer very minimal makeup, a barely-there complexion, or an extremely natural enhancement. Soft Glam may be a better fit for a more understated result.

Still not sure? Bring your inspiration photos. Your desired level of coverage, definition, and drama will help determine which service is the best match.

EDITORIAL MAKEUP

This service is ideal for creative projects where the makeup is meant to contribute to the overall concept, story, or visual direction.

Choose Editorial if you’re looking for:

  • Creative or unconventional makeup techniques
  • A more artistic or fashion-forward interpretation of beauty
  • Bold shapes, textures, colors, or graphic elements
  • Makeup designed specifically for a photoshoot, campaign, creative project, or concept
  • A collaborative experience where the makeup works alongside the styling, wardrobe, hair, and photography
  • A look that feels intentional, distinctive, and visually expressive

Editorial may not be the best fit if: you’re looking for traditional event makeup, classic glam, or a polished beauty look without creative or experimental elements. Soft Glam or Full Glam may be a better fit.

Still not sure? Editorial looks can vary significantly from project to project. When booking, share your creative direction, mood board, or inspiration so we can determine whether this service is the right fit for your vision.

Session Duration

Your Editorial Makeup session is customized to the needs of the shoot and creative concept. Session timing may vary depending on the complexity of the look, number of makeup changes, and overall production schedule.

Editorial Makeup Includes

A customized, concept-driven makeup application designed specifically for the creative direction of your shoot. This may include complexion, eyes, brows, lips, lashes, graphic details, texture, color, or other artistic elements depending on the desired look.

Creative Direction

Editorial makeup is a collaborative process. Your makeup will be created to complement the overall vision of the shoot, including wardrobe, styling, hair, lighting, photography, and mood. Inspiration images, mood boards, and creative references are encouraged and help establish the direction before we begin.

Lashes & Details

Lashes may be incorporated when they complement the concept. Additional artistic elements such as graphic shapes, textures, embellishments, or specialty products may be discussed in advance depending on the creative direction.

Come Prepared

Please arrive with clean skin and minimal/no makeup whenever possible. Come prepared with your mood board, inspiration images, wardrobe details, and any specific creative direction available for the shoot.

If you are working with a photographer, stylist, designer, creative director, or other members of a production team, having the overall concept and relevant references available will help ensure the makeup supports the final vision.

Final Look

Because Editorial Makeup is created specifically for the camera and concept, final adjustments may be made throughout the session or on set as needed. The goal is not simply to create a beautiful makeup look, but to create makeup that works with the entire visual story of the shoot.

Come With Clean Skin

Arrive with clean, moisturized skin and minimal/no makeup whenever possible. Avoid introducing new skincare products immediately before your appointment.

Bring Your Creative Direction

Please have your mood board, inspiration images, references, or creative brief available before your appointment. This gives us a clear starting point and helps me understand the visual direction you're looking for.

Share the Full Look

If possible, provide details about your wardrobe, hair, accessories, nails, and overall styling ahead of time. Editorial makeup is designed to work as part of the complete visual concept.

Communicate Your Shot List

If you're planning multiple makeup looks, outfit changes, or significant makeup changes throughout the shoot, please let me know before booking. This allows enough time to plan the session appropriately.

Let Me Know About Special Elements

If your concept includes things like body makeup, graphic liner, gems, prosthetics, unusual textures, face paint, or other specialty elements, please discuss these in advance. Some creative elements may require additional time, products, or preparation.

Know Your Production Details

If the makeup is for a photoshoot, please have the shoot date, call time, location, and expected makeup-ready timeavailable when booking. This helps ensure the makeup schedule works with the production timeline.

Skin & Sensitivities

Please communicate any known skin sensitivities, allergies, or product concerns before your appointment so we can plan accordingly.

Plans change. If you need to move your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help find a new time.
